Most server issues fall into four patterns. Work through them in order before assuming the worst.
1. It is still installing
From pressing Start to Ready typically takes 10 to 20 minutes, and the long phase is the software install after the machine is already up. If My Servers shows installing-stack and less than twenty minutes have passed, the right action is patience. Opening the app’s URL early may show nothing or a half-started service — that is normal mid-install.
2. It shows Unhealthy
The machine was created but a health check failed — usually one service that failed to start. This is not something you can fix from the outside, and you do not need to: the status reaches our support channel too. Write to info@opensyslab.co with your order number, or delete and re-create the server if it holds no data you need.
3. It felt fast yesterday and slow today
First check the obvious: your own connection, and whether a big job is running (an import, a backup, the agent chewing through logs). Ask the agent directly: “Check CPU, memory, and disk on this server and tell me what is using them.” If memory is near full, the answer is a bigger spec — contact support about resizing.
4. I cannot log in
- Open WebUI: use the exact email and password from the welcome email — copy-paste them, do not retype.
- The app: same credentials. If a password was changed and forgotten, the agent’s settings page can reset the app accounts.
- My Account on the store: use lost-password with your billing email. The account email must match the order’s billing email — that is how servers attach to your login.
When you contact support
Send your order number, the server row’s status, and what you already tried. Those three things turn a four-email exchange into one answer.
