My Servers is the control panel for everything you have bought. This guide decodes its statuses so you always know what is happening.
The life of a server
- Awaiting setup — the order is paid, but nothing exists yet. Choose a vendor and key to begin.
- Queued — your start request is accepted and waiting for a provisioning slot. Usually seconds.
- Provisioning — your private virtual machine is being created in the region you picked.
- Booting / installing-stack — the machine is up and the app, chat, and agent are installing. This is the long step: typically 10 to 20 minutes.
- Ready — everything passed health checks. The row shows the IP, access links, and monthly cost.
- Unhealthy — the machine was created but a health check failed. Contact support; we see these too and act on them.
What you can do while it installs
Nothing — and that is the point. The installer pulls the app’s images, creates your accounts, and locks the chat model to the Vibe-code agent. If you open the IP early you may catch a half-started service; give it the full time.
The email that matters
The moment the server is ready, an email from info@opensyslab.co lands in your billing email’s inbox with the IP address, access URLs, and your login credentials. If it is not there, check spam first; then write to support with your order number and we re-send it.
Multiple servers
Each order line item is its own row with its own status, IP, and cost. Starting two servers at once is fine — they provision in parallel, and deleting one never touches the other.
