Every server you start on OpenSysLab comes with two interfaces to the same machine: the business app itself, and an Open WebUI chat with the Vibe-code agent. This post is about the second one.
What it is
The Vibe-code agent is an AI operations assistant that runs on the same private server as your app. It can read the app’s files and configuration, run commands, write scripts, restart services, and explain what it is doing as it goes. You talk to it in plain language inside Open WebUI, and it acts on the server on your behalf.
How it is wired
The agent speaks to the AI model of your choice — Kimi for Coding, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or OpenRouter — using an API key you provide when you start the server. Usage is billed by the model provider directly to you, never through us, so there is no markup and no metering on our side. The key is validated before your server is created and stored only on the machine itself.
What people use it for
- Configuration. “Set up a sales pipeline in the CRM with our four stages” — done in the chat, verified in the app.
- Automation. “Every Monday, export last week’s orders to CSV and email them to me.”
- Maintenance. “Check disk space and rotate the largest log files.”
- Learning. “Explain how the inventory valuation in this ERP works, using our actual data.”
What it never sees
Your conversations with the model provider follow that provider’s privacy policy, so choose accordingly. But the agent has no route to other customers’ servers, no shared database, and no access to your account beyond the one machine it lives on. Each server is its own island.
Try it
The flagship Odoo Vibe-Coding platform is the fastest way to meet the agent: Odoo 19 preinstalled, the chat ready, and ten minutes from purchase to your first prompt.
